Q. Any Hard House, Trance or R&B?

A. No, Sorry. We stick to mainly Electro, House, Techno, Drum and Bass, Dubstep, and other mutations of bass heavy electronica sounds

Q. Is there paying guest list?

A. You can email paying guestlist requests to cyntcardiff@gmail.com before 6pm on the day of the event

Q. What’s the latest we can get into the club?

A. Last entry is usually around 2am

Q. What time should we arrive to avoid big queues?

A. This can vary depending on who is headlining, we have seen queues build 4 hours before doors open in the past.  As a general rule we say to arrive before 11pm to get in without having to queue for long.

Q. Is there a student discount?

A. On our Thursday parties at Clwb Ifor Bach, there is often a student discount on the door, however the only way to guarantee getting in is to buy an advance q-jump ticket.

Q. How do I apply to work for CYNT?

A. Email us at cyntcardiff@gmail.com giving us as much background about yourself, how you came to find us and why we should hire you!!

Q. I’m a DJ, can I send in my demo/mix?

A. Email us at cyntcardiff@gmail.com with a link to download your mix with as much info as possible about yourself.

Q. Where can I find the set times for the DJ’s

A. These will be posted on the CYNT fanpage on the day of the event ( www.facebook.com/cyntcardiff )

Q. What should I do if advanced tickets are sold out?

A. Most of the time, we hold tickets on the door.  We update the CYNT fanpage frequently on the day so check there to find out how many are available (www.facebook.com/cyntcardiff )

Q. Can we reserve tables/VIP areas?

A. No we don’t operate VIP areas, you’ll probably find people dancing on the tables at CYNT before you see a group sitting around one.

Q. What’s the nearest hotel to the club?

A. Most hotels are all within a few minutes of each other.  We recommend either the Sleeperz Hotel ( www.sleeperz.com

)  or Maldron Cardiff ( www.maldronhotels.com ), which are both just a few seconds walk from Cardiff Central Train Station

Q. I lost something at the club, who should I call?

A. Call 02920 232199 between 9am-5pm to ask about lost and found

Q. Where can I buy tickets from?

A. The easiest and cheapest place to buy tickets through this website.  Click ‘Buy Tickets‘ in the menu
